My internet modem broke last night and the earliest Mediacom can fix it is next Wednesday... Even then I don't think the tech will know to bring a replacement so I don't think it's getting fixed any time soon...

I have cramps, my ac doesn't work, Progressive quit notifying Enterprise to extend my lease while my car is still in the shop, and now Mediacom isn't working—probably because the autopay I've set up 3 times and which shows on my bill is still not working. I'm !!! right now

@MediacomSupport Please tell me what security you are referring to. I am a customer who is asking what compensation for the inability to work will Mediacom be providing customers? I understand it takes time to fix things but again this will be coming up on almost 10.5hrs without service...
