She was born a daughter to the late Marie (fa*gnant) and Carl Hillenbrand on November 19, 1950 in Holyoke MA. She attended Frontier Regional High School in S. Deerfield, class of 1968. On October 10, 1970 Dale exchanged vows with the love of her life Charles H. Allis Jr. (Charlie). They were married in the Protestant Church in Whatley, MA surrounded by the love of their family and friends. Dale and Charlie had been married for 53 years.
